All content, features, design elements, logos, trademarks, and patented technologies featured on the PRAM website, ERP, and mobile app are the exclusive intellectual property of PRAM. Unauthorized reproduction, duplication, distribution, or modification of any content, code, or functionality without prior written permission from PRAM constitutes a violation of our rights under applicable copyright and patent laws.
Legal Enforcement:
1. Copyright Infringement: Any individual or entity found replicating, copying, or distributing PRAM's proprietary content, software, or materials without authorization will be prosecuted under the Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) laws and Patent Laws applicable within the jurisdiction of their country.
2. Trademark Protection: Name, logos, and related branding elements are protected by trademark law. Unauthorized use, imitation, or misrepresentation of PRAM's brand will result in legal action.
3. Patent Infringement: Patents granted for PRAM's ERP and mobile app technologies make it illegal for others to copy or make any similar versions of the software. Any entity attempting to infringe upon these patents will face litigation and substantial penalties.
4. Licensing and Usage Restrictions: Access to PRAM's ERP and mobile app is provided only to authorized users. Any attempt to decompile, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from PRAM's patented software without explicit permission is prohibited and will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
Legal Remedies
PRAM reserves the right to:
1. Initiate civil or criminal proceedings against any infringers.
2. Seek damages for any financial or reputational harm caused by unauthorized use.
3. Pursue injunctions to stop the misuse or unauthorized dissemination of its patented and copyrighted intellectual property.
Violators will be held accountable and subject to penalties as per the Patent Act, Copyright Act, and other relevant laws, including the Information Technology Act in India or any applicable legislation within the legal framework of the country in question.
